Building Confidence in Working with Children

Overview: The Kids Yoga Training for Yoga Teachers is designed to equip yoga instructors with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively work with children in a yoga setting. This training focuses on addressing the unique needs of children and creating a safe and engaging environment for their yoga practice.
Problem Solved: This training aims to address the challenge of teaching yoga to children by providing instructors with the tools and techniques to confidently engage and guide young yogis.
- Kids Anatomy: Gain an understanding of the anatomical considerations specific to children, including their physical development, limitations, and safety considerations during yoga practice.
- Kid-Friendly Movement Activities: Learn fun and interactive movement activities tailored to children, incorporating playful elements to engage their interest and make yoga enjoyable.
- Breathing Practices: Teach children various breathing techniques that help them regulate their emotions, find calmness, and cultivate mindfulness in challenging situations
- Bonus: Are introduced on how to Share Yoga in Story Form: Discover the art of storytelling as a means to deliver yoga concepts and themes in an engaging and relatable way for children.
